The TKC-law library is a database of laws and regulations created on the basis of the "current Japanese laws and regulations" with a history of more than 100 years. It is the largest database in Japan that provides legal information and utilization services. It contains all public precedents, explanations of important precedents, and legal books and magazines from Meiji 8 to the present. The LEX/DB network covers more than 12,000 various decrees related to civil law, criminal law, etc., and can be searched horizontally among decrees, precedents, literature information, and legal journals. The contents of 43 projects from 10 companies are included, and the "Law Literature Comprehensive INDEX" contains more than 820,000 pieces of document information.
