China Intellectual Property Literature and Information Database (trial version), referred to as "Zhixintong", http//www.ipknow.cn), is a major project of the National Social Science Foundation "Research on the Construction of National Intellectual Property Literature and Information Database" ( 10&ZD133) One of the main parts of the final result "Research on the Construction and Operation of National Intellectual Property Literature and Information Database" (Feng Xiaoqing, Yang Lihua, Fu Jicun, China University of Political Science and Law Press, 2019 edition).
This experimental database is to provide a model database of practical value, convenient retrieval, rich content, and good user experience for the national intellectual property literature and information database of future entities. It is divided into intellectual property laws and regulations database, judicial case database, Article database, scientific research project database, education training database, character database, institution database, memorabilia and encyclopedia and other sub-databases. Contains basic intellectual property information and deep processing information. Among them, there are nearly 4,000 intellectual property laws and regulations, about 5,000 fine cases, about 2,000 books, about 6,000 papers of various types, about 3,600 scientific research projects, about 1,700 various types of intellectual property figures, and about 7,000 various types of intellectual property institutions. There are about 3,000 memorabilia (since the end of the Qing dynasty to the present), 1,000 Wikipedia treaties, and the overall information is kept updated.
This experimental database explored the collection and classification methods of intellectual property literature and information, tried a simple, practical, friendly, and interactive interface design, and carried out effective information organization, description, and standardized operations for in-depth processing. In particular, the intellectual property information has been systematically processed to form an innovative intellectual property information service model. For example, the intellectual property "laws and regulations" database provides subject definitions, legal interpretations, theoretical analysis, system evolution, related regulations, and other aspects of the patent law, trademark law, and copyright law in the intellectual property law. Multi-level in-depth processing such as the stone and applicable cases, with an original word count of 600,000 characters; the maps and case evaluations of intellectual property cases in the "Judicial Cases" are all innovative works in the current intellectual property information service system.
